Mission
To provide hope and recovery to individuals experiencing brokenness, and traumas through incarceration, relationships, and emotional pain. The goal of this outreach is to provide tools for recovery, freedom, and wholeness.
Vision
Our organization was founded with the belief that every individual deserves a chance at a fulfilling life, free from the chains of brokenness, trauma, and emotional pain. Whether through the struggles of incarceration, the heartache of broken relationships, or the depths of emotional distress, we stand as a beacon of light and support.


Meet
Gloria Woods is a native of Pensacola, Florida. Gloria is an Evangelist and Author. Medical Social Worker and Advocate.
Our Founder
The focus of her life and ministry is prison ministry. Homeless outreach. Reentry for the Incarcerated and freedom and recovery for those experiencing brokenness. She desires to help those who are bound spiritually, mentally, and emotionally to become free. She is the CEO of Broken Shackles Freedom Deliverance Ministries, Inc. which was founded in 2022. She has assisted families and their loved in post-incarceration, homeless families, and victims of domestic violence with clothing, food, and toiletries sharing Gods love and prayers. She has spent the last three years as a team member of Kairos Prison Ministry, outside ministering to women affected by the incarceration of their loved ones, and recently completed their prison sentence as well as being a part of Kairos Prison Ministry at Century Correctional Facility. Gloria also occasionally volunteered at Favor House of Northwest Florida and presently is a participant of Big Brothers and Big Sisters where she is a Big Sister Gloria for the last seven years has been a sponsor during Christmas with Prison Fellowships Angel Tree where she each year provides 14 to 20 children with toys and clothing to the children of the incarcerated in Escambia County. Gloria also has for the last two years provided blankets and winter coats for needy children and the homeless adult population. In 2017 she authored a book Broken Shackles A Mother's Journey which turned into her own journey with Evangelism, Prison Outreach, and Street Ministry. She has also had a radio talk show Broken Shackles Talk Show in the past and presently is on the radio with her recent broadcast entitled Broken Shackles Keys To Wholeness she has met with Legislators and gathered in Tallahassee on the Capital steps to advocate for changes in the criminal system, unfair sentencing laws, mass incarceration as well as poor conditions in the Florida State prison system. She presently oversees The Evangelism Ministry at The Redemption Faith Global Ministries in Pensacola where Apostle (Prophet) Benedicto Pineda and Apostle Kendra Carr-Pineda are Pastors. Gloria has an awesome testimony and story about how she was bound both spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and financially by many obstacles and bondages but through God's power she has experienced freedom, deliverance, and victory, as a result, She will soon release a written Biblical study Road to Freedom where she plans to minister to women who are battling with bondages and areas of abuse, mental health challenges and incarceration She also is writing two other books God made me a whole person and Rejected for A purpose; memoirs of a Broken Vessel. She is available for speaking, engagements and has the ministry of deliverance whether physical, spiritual, mental, or emotional. Gloria Woods has three children Roosevelt Woods, Jr. Christian Woods, and Joycelyn Woods, and three grandchildren Jaterius Woods, Mykayla Woods, and Paisley Smith.
